BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
You may not share your membership login information with anyone. Unfortunately, if you do, immediate termination of your membership will result and NO refund will be given.
You may not share any of the membership content through email groups or forums, such as Yahoo, MSN, AOL, etc.
However, sharing a "link" to my site www.growlibear.com is acceptable and is always appreciated!
If you will be using my graphics to display on your website, your site may not contain any racism, hatred, explicit adult and/or pornographic material, or any intolerance content. Your site must be in English, or you must provide a translated version for me to access to insure my "terms of use" are being followed.
If you will be using my graphics on your website, in your password protected Membership Area, I reserve the right to request access. I will only request to enter this area if a violation is suspected, and I will work with you to resolve it. If you are found to be violating my terms and the situation can not be resolved, then immediate termination of your membership will result, NO refund will be given.
If you will be using my graphics to display in "signatures" in your emails, a link back to www.growlibear.com is required and must remain with the graphics at all times when displaying them.
I reserve the right to "deny" membership to anyone, if denied you will receive a reply with only a "your membership request was denied" and no further explanation.
Sig Tags ...
* Requests are accepted Monday - Thursday ONLY, requests placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be filled.
* Please allow 1 week for your order to be filled, most are completed sooner.
* You may order for a friend, you MUST add their Name, Email Address, and Website URL in the comment section.
* These are for your personal use only.
* You may not alter or change them in any way.
* You may not pass them around in emails, groups, etc.
* A link back to www.growlibear.com is required and must remain with the Sig Tag at all times when displaying it.
* When displaying my Sig Tags on your website,
you are required to have these scripts,
1.) No-Right Click
2.) No image Toolbar
3.) No Drag Image
You can obtain them from Dynamic Drive. They are easy to add, if you need any help, please let me know.
What you can do:
* You may use my tubes to create Sig Tags, Premades, Websets, and Stationary.
* You "must" combine the tubes with other graphics before your may offer them, just adding text is not allowed.
* If you would like a different color than shown, feel free to ask me.
What you can't do:
* You may not alter them in any way.
* You may not make lineart/outlines from my tubes.
* You may not claim them as your own.
* You may not make tutorials from my tubes.
When using my "tubes" you "must" give proper credit to me, a text link to www.growlibear.com on the same page that it is being used is acceptable.
* When making tubes from my lineart, the finished result "must" be different than mine.
Example: You must use different colors, add your own personal touch so that it does not resemble or contain a likeness to mine.
* You may not offer "naked" bases of my dolls, you must add clothing before offering them, a swimsuit is acceptable.
* Failure to do so will result in my request for you to remove it from your site, if you refuse,immediate termination of your membership will result, NO refund will be given.
Special Note:
The Tube License is registered in your name not the name of your website. If your website is owned/operated by more than one owner, all other owners are not required to purchase a separate license unless they plan to use any of the content. Tube Licenses are non-transferable, if you choose to leave the site, or if you sell your site, the tube license does not transfer to the remaining partners, or to any new owners, it becomes null and void.
What you can do:
* You may color my lineart/outlines to create Sig Tags, Premades, Websets, and Stationary.
* You can offer your colored lineart/outlines as your creations, but you must provide credit to me for the lineart/outlines.
What you can't do:
* You may not alter my original outlines.
* You must color it in before you may offer it.
* You may not claim my outlines as your own.
* You may not make tutorials from my outlines.
* You may not add any of my outlines to your members area.
When using my "lineart/outlines" you "must" give proper credit to me, a text link to www.growlibear.com on the same page that it is being used is acceptable.
You must meet the following requirements in order to use these EXCLUSIVE CHARACTER TUBES. 1.) You must be a Member of Growlibear Graphics.
2.) You must have an "Exclusive Character License."
3.) You must post your License on each and every page where you offer the Sig Tags, Adoptions, & Websets* you create from these tubes.
The License must contain a working link back to www.growlibear.com, failure to comply will result in your License and your Membership privileges being revolked. No Refunds nor Credit will be given for the remainder of your membership when cancelled.
*Websets must contain a credit back to www.growlibear.com stating graphics are Exclusive Character Tubes from Growlibear Graphics.
You may only offer your finished Sig Tag, Adoption, and/or Websets, NOT the tube by itself. I retain all copyrights to these exclusive characters, the License only grants permission for you to use them.
All Growlibear Graphics "Exclusive Character" tubes must be obtained from www.growlibear.com.
Exclusive Characters: Karen* You may use these tubes to create Sig Tags, Adoptions, & Websets.
* You "must" combine the tubes with other graphics, props, scenes, etc. before you offer them - just adding "text" is not allowed.
* You may add your own clothes to the "undressed" bases.
* You may not change name, face, hair style, hair colors, poses, or clothes colors.
* You may not make the following which includes but is not limited to: lines, tubes, tube packs, collections, stationary, tutorials, etc. from these tubes.
*A printables/craft license is required for sharing/selling tangible items made with my graphics.
*The current cost of the "Printables/Craft License" is $75.00.
*I retain all copyrights to my graphics.
*You are welcome to use my tubes and/or outlines to decorate your business paperwork, letterhead, business cards, stationary,newsletters, promotional flyers, gift bags, cards, hang tags, or any finished tangible item that you make.
*You may not create and sell patterns of any kind, which includes but is not limited to iron ons, rubber stamps, stickers, etc.. Example: You may sell something that you have created by embroidering my graphics onto the item, but you may not sell the "actual" embroidery pattern or design.
* No "Mass Production" is allowed, any items you make must be hand-made personally by you.
* My copyright notice (Artwork © Growlibear.com, in readable size) must be included; either on the actual product or on a card or hang tag attached to it.
*If you sell the items off a website and/or eBay, there must be "clickable" credits linked to Growlibear Graphics at www.growlibear.com, next to the items.
Special Note:
The Printables/Craft License is registered in your name not the name of your business or website. If your business/website is owned/operated by more than one owner, all other owners are not required to purchase a separate printables/craft license unless they plan to use any of the content. Printables/Craft Licenses are non-transferable, if you close or sell your business or website, the printables/craft license does not transfer to the remaining partners, or to any new owners, it becomes null and void.
ANY GRAPHICS CONTAINING KAREN AND THE BUTTER BEARS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE PRINTABLES/CRAFT LICENSE.
* Your membership entitles you to the content that is available in the Members Area at the time that you join.
* Any and all upates to the Members Area after this date are considered an added bonus to your existing membership.
* You are required to join the mailing list once your membership is activated. Failure to do so will result in suspended access to the members area.
*Once your membership is activated you will receive a Membership Logo.
* If you have a website, you must place this on your website within 7 days with a link back or your membership will be suspended. Make sure that the link back is correct, it is www.growlibear.com.
* It is acceptable to place your Membership Logo on a credit page, but it must be easily accessible to your visitors and myself.
* If you fail to do so, your membership access will be suspended. You will not receive a refund or credit for time lost if this happens. You will need to notify me to let me know you have resolved the issue and placed your Member Logo & Link, your membership will then be re-activated.
* Once your membership has expired this logo and link back must continue to remain on your site at all times.
* You may continue using the graphics that you obtained while your were a member after your membership expires.
The Members List is confidential, you may not solicite your goods and/or services to any member that is listed. If you have something to offer that you think my Members may be interested in you will need to contact me (Betsy@growlibear.com), do not "spam" my members, doing so will result in an immediate termination of your membership access, NO refund will be given.
To show my appreciation for my members, each of you will receive some special gifts from time to time. These are for your personal use only, you may not share them with others. These creations will be offered as a "members edition" and are for my members only!
* You may use my backgrounds for your own personal use to decorate your website or to create websets, stationary, or wallpapers for others.
* You may not claim them as your own.
* You may not offer them to others.
When using my "backgrounds" you "must" give proper credit to me, a text link to www.growlibear.com on the same page that it is being used is acceptable.
(Includes any graphics that are available as "linkware" in the members area, or any graphics that you receive as gifts.)
* These items may be used in signatures to decorate your emails.
* These items may be used to decorate your website.
* You may not offer these to others.
When using my "decorations" you "must" give proper credit to me, a text link to www.growlibear.com on the same page that it is being used is acceptable.
* This stationary is for my members only and is to be used for your own personal use.
* You may not alter the stationary in any way.
* Do not remove the link to my site that is at the bottom of each letter.
* Do not place these on your site and offer as downloads to others. Do however, ...use them and enjoy them!
Karen and the Butter Bears graphics are exclusive to me, Betsy Carter. They may only be offered by me, at Growlibear Graphics, www.growlibear.com. Any graphics you receive featuring them must be obtained from me. I own the copyright to them and I reserve all rights. If you find that another person or site is offering any graphics using them or their likeness without a valid "Exclusive Character License", please report it to me immediately, your name will remain anonomous.
All of the content contained herein at www.growlibear.com is copyright to me, Betsy Carter. Your membership purchase entitles you to use this content but it does not give you the copyright itself, I retain all copyrights.
NO REFUNDS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
